April 4, (i) The EU will secure financial support to partner countries amounting to more than EUR15.6 billion from existing external action resources; (ii) The European Investment Bank announced details of a comprehensive response to the coronavirus pandemic outside the EU that will provide up to EUR5.2 billion in the coming months.
